André Chung is a successful photojournalist with a twenty-year career in the news business. Most recently a staff photographer for twelve years at the Baltimore Sun, he has extensive experience shooting portraits, news and documentary assignments. One of the founding members of the Iris PhotoCollective, he has produced powerful photojournalism for two decades. His major awards include the George Polk Award in 1999, the Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Award in 2000, as well as Times Mirror Journalist of the Year in 1998 and 1999, and the Sigma Delta Chi award in 2005.
